Downtown Middletown is the place to be. It just had the world premier of a feature film, there the Run4Downtown Community Event and the opening of a brand new resturant. This post highlights the new Osake Resturant at 21 West Main Street. It recently had a ribbon cutting with local officials and well wishers on hand to see the restaurant for the first time and try out the food. Check out the pictures I’ve taken for you.

I’m proud of my daughter Jennifer Brenner. She works there greeting people and making sure they get great service. I am amazed at the variety and good quality of the food they prepare. The way they present the dishes is outstanding. Many people take pictures of the dishes when they arrive at their tables because they look so beautiful.
This restaurant is at 21 West Main Street. This portion of the street has some great dining options. Just steps away are several other restaurants, illness including Nina’s Restaurant, The Olde Eire Restaurant and John’s of Arthur Ave. The restaurants here are helping make this area of downtown Middletown a destination spot for dining.
The owners of Osake have done a wonderful job of remodeling, decorating and setting up the location.
As a Realtor I want to mention downtown Middletown is also becoming a place where more people are deciding to live. (Yes this is where I get a plug in for my business.) There are several buildings offering new apartments. Most of the apartments have upscale features including lovely kitchens and baths. In fact there are currently apartments available at 23 West Main Street. This a a link to one of them. I’m the listing agent. The people who are living there say they love living downtown. They enjoy the shops, dining, and being close to everthing.
